lorenzoLorenzo Carcaterra has written nine books–starting with A Safe Place, Sleepers, Apaches, Gangster, Street Boys, Paradise City, Chasers, Midnight Angels, The Wolf and is at work on #10–The Widow-Maker. He was Managing Editor for the CBS series, Top Cops (1990-95) and was a writer/producer for Law & Order. He has written six pilots, dozens of TV scripts and 8 feature films for producers Joe Roth, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, David Hoberman, Nina Lederman. Lorenzo began his career as a NY Daily News copy boy and has written for numerous magazines including National Geographic Traveler, NY Times Sunday Magazine, and Reader’s Digest. He lives with his Old English Bulldog Gus in Manhattan and at an undisclosed lake house.
